Compliance begins with our founders. They have set company policies to make every customer and staff member feel comfortable. The interaction between our staff and the client is the basis on which we want to establish a structure. Ultimately, you benefit as a customer and pass this on to other potential customers.
Human Resources
Our HR department is instructed by our compliance department. We select ONLY the best personnel with good references for your benefit. Each staff member is screened for ID and criminal record.
As a result of our training focused on a long-term relationship, we are confident that our dear customers will stay with us. After all, a satisfied customer gives you good reviews. So, if you are satisfied tell others, if not tell us!
GDPR requirements
Each time we interact with you, all sessions are recorded for training purposes. Compliance verifies that the session complies with the privacy policy rules of the GDPR.
In view of GDPR regulations, we have added a small question to the ‘help’ page, where the customer must first indicate that they are over 18 years of age.
Second, that the machine(s) they are working on belongs to them or that they have full authority to make decisions.
Third, the client must legally affirm that he is free from guardianship to make decisions.
